Gina Fulkerson has practiced civil litigation since 1983. She worked as a Briefing Attorney for the Texas Court of Appeals, Third District, from 1983 to 1984. She has extensive experience in a wide range of litigation including product liability, complex premises liability, insurance code and DTPA violations, constitutional law and employment law issues. Ms. Fulkerson has completed mediator training and is a certified mediator.

Ms. Fulkerson was born in Stafford, Texas in 1958, and is active in community service work. She has served on the Southwest YMCA Board of Directors, as Chairperson of the City of Bellaire Parks & Recreation Board and currently as Wimberley ISD Board Member, Place #6.
