Virginia O. Pederson was born in Shreveport, Louisiana on November 7, 1980. Ms. Pederson earned her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center, where she was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and an active and traveling member of the nationally recognized Interscholastic Mock Trial Team, competing in regional and national tournaments. She was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2007, and her areas of practice include general negligence, premises liability, products liability, construction injury, construction defect, and commercial and personal auto accident litigation.
